I caught the last hour of Weekend Mornings - I actually prefer listening from Germany - it's just too early for me here. I went back to bed after the show and ... overslept.
So we went directly to the fire hall in North River, near Truro.
Lots of old people, some kind of live music, busy firemen serving delicious food (Maple sirup pan cakes, sausages, beans and ice cream with blueberrries) and Debbie and Gary. It was a really good idea to meet up there! Returning the guitar ... Gary feared that someone could see him with the guitar and could think he was part of the live entertainment and then would ask for an autograph ... ah well ... lol
After we found the right spot we walked for about 2 hours through the Provincal Park ... in the sun, sheltered from the wind in the woods. Really nice!
By the way ... just talking about that with Gabi ... In Canada "winters are hard, summers are beautiful" (quote from a singer/songwriter). Sorry, I know that this is not usual, but it's actually warmer than in October. It's still snow where we live in Bavaria.
Anyway.
HEY, What do you mean? A lot of old people.Personally I am still 18 years old on the inside.
